These terms apply to orders placed through melbournelavash.com.au with MELBOURNE LAVASH PTY LTD, trading as Melbourne Lavash (ABN 47 701 432 804).
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products and allergens
We aim to keep product descriptions, prices, ingredients, allergens, storage information and availability accurate. Handmade food may vary slightly from photographs. Check the current product information before ordering and contact us if you have an allergy or need more information.
Orders and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. Before placing an order, checkout shows the products, discounts, delivery charge and total payable. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Cash orders remain unpaid until payment is collected at pickup or delivery.
Products are offered for scheduled bake days and remain subject to cutoff times, capacity and availability. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an accepted paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund.
Cancellation, collection and delivery
You may cancel an eligible order before the displayed cutoff through your account or by contacting us. Because our products are perishable and prepared for a selected bake day, we may decline a change-of-mind cancellation after the cutoff or once preparation has started. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged or not what you ordered.
Collection or delivery details are shown during checkout and in your confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for being available during the agreed window. Contact us promptly if plans change or there is a problem with your order.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, impersonate another person or submit unlawful or misleading content. Website content is owned by or licensed to Melbourne Lavash and must not be commercially reproduced without permission.
