Fresh Armenian Lavash Pack

Fresh Armenian Lavash Pack

$12.00GST free

One pack: 5 sheets

Lavash is the heart of the Armenian table, and this is ours: thin sheets of soft, pliable flatbread baked fresh in small batches on the morning of your collection. We use only three ingredients - Australian wheat flour, water and a pinch of salt, and a long, patient stretch that gives lavash its blistered surface and tender chew. Inscribed on the UNESCO list of Intangible Cultural Heritage, lavash has been baked this way for generations. Wrap it, tear it, or pile it beside a shared meal, it belongs at every gathering.

Customer reviews

Finally, proper lavash in Melbourne. Soft, thin and exactly like my grandmother used to make. The Fresh pack is now a standing order for our family.

Pre-ordered for pickup and collection was seamless. The lavash was still warm. You can taste that it is made fresh, not sitting on a shelf.

We use it for everything now — wraps, quick pizzas, cheese rolls. So much better than supermarket flatbread and you can feel good about three simple ingredients.
